The Fortnite Battle Royale is a popular video game that has players battling each other on an island. It’s free to play and can be played online or on your computer.
There are a lot of options for earning real world currency in the game, but it’s not always easy to find out what you’ve earned or how much money you have.
A new tool from Epic Games offers more information about spending habits in Fortnite than ever before. The new tool allows players to see exactly how much they’ve been spending in-game over time and compare their current spend rate with previous years.
This makes it easier to track whether you’re spending too much or too little, which could help you make better decisions about saving up for future purchases. For example, if you start seeing that your spend rate has increased, you might want to consider putting off a purchase until later when you know there will be more money available.
While this tool isn’t yet live for everyone, you can sign up for early access here. Once you do, you’ll receive an email when the tool becomes available to everyone.
How to use the Fortnite Spend Tracker tool
To log into the tool, you first need to create an account by signing up on the site. From your profile page, you can enter your Battle Pass number (which you can get from the game) and add a password so you can access your account whenever you like.
You can also select a payment method to use, such as PayPal or credit card. If you don’t have one of those, you’ll have to wait until the tool goes public.
Once you’re signed in, you’ll see a chart showing your spending history in the last 12 months. You can click on any point on the graph to view the details for that month.
On the right side of the screen, there are three buttons – Save, Compare With Previous Year, and Clear History. When you save your data, the tool creates a backup file to keep track of spending trends for the following year. This way, if something happens to the original file, you won’t lose your data.
When you clear the history, all the data disappears. You can choose to leave the data for the past year or remove everything at once.
Most of the players prefer rare fortnite skins with this tool so as they can make their account more unique and impressive in compression of other players. Some players get enjoyment and fun after doing this but many of them use it to show off in front of their friends or in front of those players with they are playing the game.
What the Fortnite Spend Report looks like
In the screenshot above, you can see that I started playing Fortnite on May 20, 2019. At the top of the report, you can see my Battle Pass tier. On the left, you can see my total spend in the game. Then, there are two graphs showing my spending pattern over time. The blue line represents my monthly spend, while the green line shows my spend during the highest level of season. As you can see, I was pretty active during Season 5. But, after Season 8 ended, my spend rate dropped dramatically.
For the next few years, I didn’t spend much money in the game. So, I wasn’t sure why my spend rate suddenly spiked again. After looking closer at the report, I realized I had purchased a new gun in March 2021.
I’m glad I took the opportunity to check up on my spending. That new gun was very useful, and I ended up using it quite often throughout the rest of the game. So, even though I wasn’t able to finish Season 9, I’m happy I decided to buy the weapon.
